Mirkan Günay Topcu

Managing Partner 

Mirkan Günay Topcu is the partner heading the criminal law and enforcement law practice at WiklundKurucuk and advising clients on criminal law and enforcement law matters.

He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.

​He graduated from the Law School at Istanbul University.

Mirkan Günay Topcu is currently studying in a Master Programme ( LL.M.) “Master in Medical Law” at the department of Law , Galatasaray University. 

He specializes in Commercial Law, Medical Law, Enforcement Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law and Sports Law. 

Mirkan Günay Topcu is fluent in English and Turkish.
