• “Law on Security Investigation and Archive Reasearch” numbered 7315 has been published. It includes the principles and procedures to be applied in archive research and security investigations.

Regulation:

• From The Presidency: Resolution 3855: “Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on Opening a Business and Working Licenses”. With this regulation, the definitions of non-sanitary establishments were changed and new defined regions were created under the name of industry and technology development zones. Some procedures and principles regarding the audits of various establishments have been changed.

Judiciary

• Constitutional Court Decisions: 2019 Financial Account Reviews of political parties “As Parti”, “Ülkem Partisi” and “Türk ve Dünya Birliği Partisi” have been published.
